Cost of Mediation

If you have children of minor age, or dependent children aged 18 or above, you are entitled to:
  • 5 hours of mediation, if you are in the process of separating
  • 2 hours 30 minutes of mediation, if you wish to review a previous separation agreement or judgment
If you do not have dependent children, you are entitled to:
  • 3 hours of mediation, if you are in the process of separating
